Dear Scouting members,

 As uniformed and non-uniformed members of the Free State Scout Region you are invited to the Annual Regional Review meeting that will take place on Saturday 23 October at 9.30am at the Tjhebelopele Primary School in Mangaung – Bloemfontein.

 During the meeting we will take time to reflect on the past year, to discuss our Regional challenges and successes, and to decide on a way forward for the new year. Please note that there will be no refreshments or meals served during or after the meeting, so please bring your own provisions.

After the meeting we will also provide time for Adult Volunteers and Rovers to have their Clearance Verification done. Please ensure to bring your ID as it will need to be scanned as part of the data collection process.
