Who can attend?

Pow Wow 2024 is open to all SSA registered Pack Scouters, Assistant Pack Scouters and Pack Helpers from all over South Africa!

When:

After years of hybrid events, we will now be meeting in person again! From 8 to 11 August 2024.

Where:

Every 2 years the National Pow Wow is hosted by a different Scout Region. In 2024 the Western Cape will be welcoming all Cub enthusiasts to Cape Town. During your stay you will be able to visit parts of what the Mother City has to offer.

What to expect?

Pow Wow is a weekend filled with fun learning opportunities for all.

Whether you are a seasoned Pack Scouter or a new Pack Helper, every adult volunteer will acquire new skills, have a good laugh, will be able to share their experiences and ideas, and play games, get crafty, and make new friends.

The friendships built at Pow Wow form part of a bigger support structure within the Scout Movement. They allow you to reach out to others when you have a question, when you need new ideas, or when you just need a chat. Expand your abilities, build your Cub support team, and have fun!
