The Lekgotla 2023 will take place at BP Camp in KZN from Friday 22 September to Sunday 24 September 2023!

Who can register?
If your Scout Group is in good standing and has a signed SPA, then we welcome your SGL or the selected representative for your Scout Group to register for the 2023 Lekgotla here: https://forms.office.com/r/ZimhD8EGTkDue to venue limitations, we can only accommodate one representative per Scout Group at this time, preferably the Scout Group Leader. Attendance will be on a first come, first served basis. Registrations close 31 August 2023.
Cost to participate
There is a standard participation fee of R200 per person.
The fee includes:
- catering from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch
- camping accommodation at BP camp – limited hostel accommodation is possible and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis at no additional cost.
- a Lekgotla 2023 event badge
The fee excludes:
- transport
- catering before Friday dinner and after Sunday lunch. That would be self-catering
- additional nights at the venue
- if participants opt for local B&B accommodation it will be at their own cost in addition to the participation fee.
