In order for us to be able to serve you – our members – and provide support, its vital that we know who you are, where you are registered for Scouting, and how many members we have nationwide. This will also help us determine our growth and enhance our financial sustainability through partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Groups need to count their numbers, both youth and adult volunteers, as at 30 September 2023.
- This then needs to be submitted to your Regional Team, who will verify and collate the final numbers for each Region, which needs to be completed by 31 October 2023.
- Regional Commissioners will communicate any additional requirements shortly. We look forward to your support in completing an accurate count this year of all our Groups and members.
